Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- carrots, peeled and diced - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potato, peeled and diced - 1 item
- beef broth - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- marjoram - 1 tsp
How to make carrot soup:
Cook first 4 ingredients over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add beef broth; cook 15 minutes more. Add salt, pepper, parsley and marjoram. Put in blender and puree. Serve.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Carrots.
