  • shredded carrots - 2 c
  • corn oil
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • box coconut - 1 item

How to make carrot pineapple cake:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
