Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- corn oil
- box coconut - 1 oz
- stick soft margarine - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 3/4
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 stick soft margarine1/2 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add and mix cinnamon and salt. Fold in coconut, carrots, nuts and pineapple. Grease and flour sheet cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Frosting: Mix all ingredients well.
