Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • self-rising flour
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • Icing:1 stick butter
  • baby food carrots - 2 jars

How to make carrot cake:

Icing:1 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts1 Tbsp. milk Cream together sugar, eggs and Wesson oil. Add carrots. Add flour a little at a time, then add rest of the ingredients. Cook at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
