Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- Icing:1 stick butter
- baby food carrots - 2 jars
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts1 Tbsp. milk Cream together sugar, eggs and Wesson oil. Add carrots. Add flour a little at a time, then add rest of the ingredients. Cook at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
