  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • large eggs - 6 item
  • margarine, softened - 1 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
  • cake flour or all-purpose flour - 3 c

How to make cream cheese pound cake:

Combine margarine, butter, cream cheese and sugar. Beat well. Add salt and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and mix well. Pour batter in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Place in cold oven and bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan.
