Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- Add carrots
- jars carrots junior baby food - 2 item
How to make carrot cake:
Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Add carrots. Add flour, a little at a time, then the rest of the ingredients. Pour into two round pans, greased and floured. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Icing:1 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. milk1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and cheese.
