Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • Add carrots
  • jars carrots junior baby food - 2 item

How to make carrot cake:

Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Add carrots. Add flour, a little at a time, then the rest of the ingredients. Pour into two round pans, greased and floured. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Icing:1 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. milk1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and cheese. Mix other ingredients in well.
