Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Wesson oil
- raw grated carrots - 2 c
- Add Wesson oil and beat; add eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition
How to make carrot cake:
