Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 2 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• stick oleo - 1/2 item
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• Wesson oil
• raw grated carrots - 2 c
• Add Wesson oil and beat; add eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition

How to make carrot cake:
