Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- grated raw carrots - 2 c
- 303 can crushed pineapple
- Add liquids
How to make carrot cake:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add liquids. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Bake for 1 hour in tube pan at 350°.Icing:1 stick oleo or butter1 box powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts1 c. flaked coconut Cream well and spread on cool cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
