  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • flaked coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • grated raw carrots - 2 c
  • 303 can crushed pineapple
  • Add liquids

How to make carrot cake:

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add liquids. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Bake for 1 hour in tube pan at 350°.Icing:1 stick oleo or butter1 box powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts1 c. flaked coconut Cream well and spread on cool cake.
