Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- small can crushed pineapple, drained reserve juice - 1 item
- Add the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well
How to make carrot cake:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Add the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir in the carrots, pineapple and walnuts. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:1/2 c. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. soRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
