  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • crushed strawberries - 1 c
  • washed strawberries - 1 item

How to make fresh strawberry pie:

Line a baked pie shell with washed strawberries. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water. Add the crushed strawberries. Cook until clear, then add the butter. Pour over strawberries in pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped topping.
