  • eggs - 3 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • drained pineapple - 1 c

How to make carrot cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add next 4 ingredients combined. Add next 3 ingredients one at a time. Mix well all together and bake until done, about 50 to 60 minutes, in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
