- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- drained pineapple - 1 c
How to make carrot cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add next 4 ingredients combined. Add next 3 ingredients one at a time. Mix well all together and bake until done, about 50 to 60 minutes, in a 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
