Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- Duncan Hines carrot cake mix - 1 pkg
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- can Duncan Hines vanilla frosting - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two layers at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.Icing:4 oz. softened cream cheese2 tsp. lemon juice1 can Duncan Hines vanilla frosting For icing, in medium-size bowl, blend cream cheese and lemon juice until blended.
