Ingredients/Components

• oil
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• grated carrots - 3 c
• sugar - 2 c
• pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
• Topping:1 box powdered sugar
• stick margarine - 3/4 item
• cream cheese - 1 (8
• vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make carrot cake:

Topping:1 box powdered sugar3/4 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans, chopped Mix eggs, oil, flour, cinnamon, carrots, sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Topping: Cream sugar, cheese and margarine together. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread over cake.
