Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• dash of salt - 1 item
• self-rising flour
• box confectioners sugar - 1 item
• Wesson oil
• pecans, chopped - 1 c
• raw apples, peeled and finely chopped - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar1 c. chopped pecans Mix oil, sugar, eggs, then add remaining ingredients. Bake in 3 layers at 325° for 30 minutes.

Icing: Mix and spread between layers.
