Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- popped corn - 6 qt
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- dark Karo syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Prepare popped corn. Combine next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes and stir occasionally. Remove and add soda. Stir and pour over corn. Put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1/2 hour. Store in tightly covered container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
