Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- light Karo syrup - 1/2 c
- cooked popcorn - 6 qt
How to make caramel corn:
Melt butter. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Take pan off heat and put in soda and vanilla. Slowly pour over popcorn. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
