Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 item
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- cucumbers - 1 item
- rock alum - 1 item
How to make mustard pickles:
Put the first 3 ingredients in cup. Add vinegar and stir. Pour into jars after pickling cucumbers are packed in tightly. Fill jar with vinegar. Add 1/2 teaspoon rock alum to each jar. Cover tightly and shake often for a few hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Lunch/snacks, Vegetables.
