- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 8 9
- Karo syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Put popped corn in a large roaster pan. Boil all ingredients, except popped corn and baking soda, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add soda; stir quickly and pour over popped corn while foamy.
