Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
- popped corn - 8 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil sugar, butter and corn syrup in pan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over corn. Spread on cookie sheet and place in 300° oven for 15 minutes. Stir and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
