Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- dried parsley - 2 tsp
- small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Bring all ingredients to a boil; add two 8 ounce cans mushroom caps (drained). Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.Chill in a covered bowl several hours, stirring occasionally. Drain when ready to serve. Makes 2 cups.
