Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • dried parsley - 2 tsp
  • small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings - 1 item

How to make marinated mushrooms:

Bring all ingredients to a boil; add two 8 ounce cans mushroom caps (drained). Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.

Chill in a covered bowl several hours, stirring occasionally. Drain when ready to serve. Makes 2 cups.
