Caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- white lard - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- popped corn - 8 qt
How to make caramel corn:
Mix and let boil for 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla. Pour over popped corn. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.I mix this in my porcelain roaster and stir 2 to 3 times during the baking.
