  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • popped corn - 6 qt
  • oleo - 1 c
  • white corn syrup - 1/2 c

How to make caramel corn:

Boil for 5 minutes the oleo, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Add soda and vanilla; stir well. Pour over popped corn in large pan. Bake in oven 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
