Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 6 qt
- oleo - 1 c
- white corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil for 5 minutes the oleo, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Add soda and vanilla; stir well. Pour over popped corn in large pan. Bake in oven 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
