Ingredients/Components
- white syrup - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- Sweet potatoes - 1 item
- stick or 6 tbsp margarine or butter - 3/4 item
How to make candied sweet potatoes:
Boil potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and slice about 1/2 ick thick. Combine syrup, sugar and butter. Pour over potatoes. Cook until syrup is thick.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
