Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced carrots - 3 c
- orange marmalade - 2 Tbsp
- can V-8 juice - 1 oz
How to make candied carrots:
Cook carrots and onions until tender, not mushy, still firm. Blend margarine, cornstarch, V-8 juice, water and marmalade. Cook until thick. Mix with carrots and onions.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
