Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• cornstarch - 1/2 Tbsp
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• beet juice - 1/4 c
• can beets, diced - 1 item

How to make harvard beets:

Mix cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and beet juice together until smooth. Mix in diced beets. Add butter and bring to a boil. Cook until thick.
