- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes, sliced - 2 lb
How to make campfire potatoes:
Slice potatoes thin. Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Peel and dice onion; mix with potatoes. Cut margarine into pieces and drop on top. Add salt and pepper. Fold over aluminum foil; roll edges to close. Place over campfire or on grill for 45 minuRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
