Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cup brown sugar - 3/4 item
  • cup ketchup - 1/2 item
  • teaspoon dry mustard - 1 item
  • teaspoon vinegar - 2 item
  • strips of bacon - 6 item
  • 15 oz can kidney beans - 1- item
  • 15 oz can pork and beans - 1- item
  • 15 oz can butter beans - 1- item

How to make calico beans:

Fry up bacon to crisp texture, drain, crumble. In same pan brown ground meat, onion, salt, pepper. Drain. In a casserole, mix all ingredients. Bake in 350 degrees for 1 hour.
