Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- tsp thyme - 1/4 item
- cayenne powder - 1/4 tsp
How to make cajun seasoning:
Mix together. Baste meat (skinless chicken, steak or fish). Let stand for 30 minutes or longer in refrigerator. Grill on charcoal grill or pan fry on high heat to sear meat.To eliminate fat, mix dry ingredients. Place in shaker bottle. Moisten meat with a few drops of water. Shake on Cajun spices. Grill.
