Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- medium tomatoes - 3 item
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- olive oil
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- sweet basil - 1 tsp
- cauliflower - 1 item
- small can sliced black olives - 1 item
- bunches green onions - 2 item
- medium bunch broccoli - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 c. olive oil1 clove garlic, minced1/4 c. soy sauce1 tsp. oregano1/2 c. cider vinegar1/2 tsp. sugar1 tsp. sweet basil salt and pepper to taste Cauliflower and broccoli may be left raw or cooked until tender (with green onions) in microwave.
