Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato juice - 1 c
- rice - 1 c
- onion, minced - 1 item
- scalded milk - 1 c
- about 25 cabbage leaves
How to make cabbage rolls:
Separate cabbage leaves and wilt in 3 to 4 cups of hot water. Mix meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper into small balls. Wrap in cabbage leaves. Place closely in roaster. Cover with water and tomato juice. Bake 2 hours at 350°. Before serving, add milk.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
