Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- cooked noodles - 1 item
- round steak, cut into small pieces
How to make beef stroganoff:
Mix together the soups, steak and mushrooms. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, for 2 1/2 hours at 325° or longer. Add 8 ounces sour cream to meat mixture. Serve over cooked noodles.Note: This is a good dish to prepare on Sunday. The meat gets more tender the longer the preacher preaches.
