Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 c
- medium potatoes, cubed - 6 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- round steak, cubed - 2 lb
How to make mushroom steak:
Pour mushroom soup, milk and water into electric skillet. Add steak and potatoes. Put sliced mushrooms on top. Turn skillet to simmer for about 25 minutes or until meat and potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
