Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- onion - 1/2 item
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- instant rice - 1/2 1
How to make cabbage rolls:
Mix all ingredients. Core a large head of cabbage and place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Place a handful of mixture in each leaf and roll up and place in baking dish. Pour a No. 2 can of tomatoes over the top. Cook, uncovered, in a 450° oven for 30 minutes, then 1 1/2 hours, covered in 380° oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
