Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 2 Tbsp
  • sage - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
  • onion - 1/2 item
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • thyme - 1/8 tsp
  • instant rice - 1/2 1

How to make cabbage rolls:

Mix all ingredients. Core a large head of cabbage and place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Place a handful of mixture in each leaf and roll up and place in baking dish. Pour a No. 2 can of tomatoes over the top. Cook, uncovered, in a 450° oven for 30 minutes, then 1 1/2 hours, covered in 380° oven.
