Favorite meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- ground pork - 1/4 lb
- ground veal - 1/4 lb
- slices soft bread - 3 item
How to make favorite meat loaf:
Tear bread into a large mixing bowl. Add milk and egg. Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly.Form lightly into loaf and place in shallow pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
