Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- shredded cabbage - 4 c
- sliced carrots - 2 c
- diced potatoes - 3 c
How to make cabbage chowder:
