- caraway seed - 1/4 tsp
- soup can milk - 1 item
- shredded cabbage - 3 c
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- soup can water - 1 item
- diagonally sliced carrots - 2 c
- smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch slices - 1 lb
How to make cabbage chowder:
In a large skillet, combine carrots, butter and caraway seed. Cook over low heat until the carrots are just crisp and tender, about 5 minutes.
