- can chow mein noodles - 1 oz
- peanuts without skins salted or slightly salted - 1 c
How to make butterscotch crunchies:
Melt butterscotch morsels in glass bowl in microwave on low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Mix in peanuts and noodles. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. Let them set until firm. Then serve or store in container with tight lid, in single layers separated with wax paper. Will keep two weeks if they last that long!!Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
