Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip
- cold milk
- pecan pieces - 1/4 c
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make butterscotch cream pie:
Beat cheese and sugar smooth; blend in topping. Sprinkle nuts on baked crust. Cover with cheese and topping mixed.Mix brown sugar in milk until dissolved. Add pudding mix according to package directions until starting to thicken. Let stand until almost set (about 2 minutes). Pour over cheese topping mixture and chill until set. Spread on topping mix 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
