  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 11 oz
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • flour
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip
  • cold milk

How to make chocolate layer dessert:

1st Layer: Work butter, flour, sugar and nuts until crumbly. Work into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

2nd Layer: Blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend together, then fold in Cool Whip.

3rd Layer: Beat pudding and milk well.

4th Layer: Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
