- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix plain - 1 item
- chopped nuts fine - 1 c
- Filling:2 Tbsp
How to make butterscotch coffee cake:
Mix all ingredients well in large mixing bowl.Filling:2 Tbsp. soft butter or oleo (not the whipped oleo)1 c. chopped nuts (fine)1 c. firmly packed brown sugar Mix all ingredients together with a fork. Spread half of the cake mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle half of the filling over it. Spread second half of the cake mixture and the remaining filling on top.
