Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • instant butterscotch pudding - 1 pkg

How to make butterscotch coffee cake:

Combine the brown sugar and pecans; set aside. Combine all other ingredients and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of brown sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter on this and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
