Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- oil - 3/4 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- instant butterscotch pudding - 1 pkg
How to make butterscotch coffee cake:
Combine the brown sugar and pecans; set aside. Combine all other ingredients and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of brown sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter on this and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Coffee cakes.
