Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- butternut flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- Add milk and flavoring
How to make butternut cake:
Blend sugar, eggs and Crisco. Add milk and flavoring. Gradually beat in flour. Bake in 3 greased and floured cake pans until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 c. coconut1 c. chopped nuts Blend the cream cheese and margarine.
