Buttermilk chicken
Ingredients/Components
- cornflake crumbs - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- butter, melted 1 stick - 1/2 c
- chicken, skin removed - 2 lb
How to make buttermilk chicken:
Mix crumbs, cheese, paprika and pepper. Put milk in a bowl. Dip meat in milk, then in crumbs. Place in foil lined pan. Cover with foil; bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; remove foil. Pour on butter; bake for 15 minutes more at 425°, uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
