  • sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • ketchup - 6 Tbsp
  • shoyu - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • chicken thighs, deboned - 5 lb

How to make sweet sour chicken:

Debone chicken thighs; cut in half. Fry in egg and flour batter until brown. Boil sugar, vinegar, ketchup, shoyu, salt and water; pour over chicken in baking pan. Add chunks of pineapple. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Turn chicken around every 15 minutes.
