Buttermilk chicken

- salt
- flour - 3/4 c
- buttermilk
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- frying chicken - 1 item
How to make buttermilk chicken:
Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk and roll in seasoned flour. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch deep pan. Put chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake for 30 minutes at 425°. Turn and bake for 15 minutes more. Mix remaining buttermilk with soup and pour around chicken. Bake for 15 minutes longer or until tender.
