Ingredients/Components
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 16 oz
- Butterfinger candy bars, crushed - 6 item
- egg yolks, beaten well - 4 item
- small angel food cakes - 2 item
How to make butterfinger pie:
Break angel food cakes into bite size pieces. Mix together egg yolks, butter, powdered sugar and 5 Butterfinger candy bars. Pour mixture over angel food cake pieces. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle remaining candy bar on top of pie. Keep refrigerated. It is better if it is chilled overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
