- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butterscotch chips - 1/2 c
- Pat firmly into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan
- Boil 30 seconds
How to make butter pecan turtle bars:
Mix crust with electric mixer at medium speed until particles are fine. Pat firmly into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Sprinkle 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans evenly over crust.Caramel Layer:2/3 c. butter1/2 c. brown sugar Cook caramel layer over medium heat, stirring constantly until surface begins to boil. Boil 30 seconds. Pour over pecans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
