- cans biscuits - 4 item
- sugar, mixed with 1 tsp - 1 c
- stick or more butter, melted - 1 item
How to make bubble cake:
Cut each uncooked biscuit into fourths and roll in melted butter. Let drain a second and then roll each piece in sugar mixture. Pile the biscuits as they are dipped into an angel food or tube cake pan. Do not use a springform pan as it will leak! Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Turn out onto a plate and serve upside-down.
