Brunswick stew



Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 2
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 qt
- whole chicken - 1 item
- tomatoes - 2 qt
- onions - 2 item
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
- or 2 cans corn, drained whole kernel - 1 item
- hot Texas Pete to taste - 1 item
How to make brunswick stew:
Cook chicken and pork; debone and skin, then ground up. Brown beef and onions. Cook cubed potatoes and drain.In a large saucepan, mix all meat and vegetables, except potatoes, add last. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes to one hour. Freezes well.
