Brunch egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- slices bacon - 4 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- plain croutons - 2 c
How to make brunch egg casserole:
In bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine croutons and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard and onion powder. Mix until blended. Pour over crouton mixture in casserole. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Sprinkle over casserole. Set aside 1/4 for garnish. Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes.
